Shipping

The estimated processing time is listed on the product page, to offer as many choices in size as possible, most our products are pre-order only, can be shipped out in 2 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.
For most of the countries, Standard Shipping takes 7-10 Working days while Expedited Shipping takes 4-7 Working Days

Customization Services

Warranty

We strive to provide the best installation workmanship as possible. We offer a 30 days warranty on all our works.

Returns & Refund

**Eligibility:** You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

**Condition:** The product should be in the same condition as when it was received, including all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.

**Initiating a Return:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

**Return Shipping:** The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
**Processing Time:** Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within a few business days. The refund method will be the same as the original payment method used for the purchase.

**Refund Amount:** The refund amount will be the original purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

**Exclusions:** Certain items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee. These include personalized or custom-made products, items on sale, or any item not in its original condition.
